Accessing Your Data

Viewer level analytics are available for your Team Members via a CSV download in your Showcase. You can access it by directing to your Showcase, clicking Info & Privacy in the sidebar on the left, scrolling down to Stats, and selecting the date range for which you'd like to pull the data.

From here, you can export a CSV with your data. It includes the following data points broken out by Team Member and video:

• Number of plays
• Play starting point
• Play ending point
• Time last viewed
• Number of loads
• Number of finishes

Please note that viewer-level analytics are currently only available for showcases and not for Video Library.
