This is the first in a series of onboarding components where we’ll guide you through all you need to know to be confident using the Vimeo platform.

Vimeo Enterprise Guided Trainings- these trainings will provide you and your team access to learning modules to kick start your product training and educate yourself on features most relevant to your business use case with Vimeo.
Here you will experience things like:
- A Vimeo Enterprise platform overview
- Learning Paths based on use cases
- Quiz questions and gamified learning
- Links to relevant actions, support articles and best practice materials
- Celebrations and badges
Simply have your admin add you as a user in Team Manager and you will receive an invite to this in < 1 week. Check your inbox for an email from Vimeo Education with next steps.
The Vimeo Help Center - The ultimate Vimeo knowledge base, our Help Center is the go-to place to find answers to specific feature questions that come up as you begin to navigate your account.
Enterprise Support - We know how important it is for your organization to succeed with Vimeo. And that’s why we’ve created a few ways for you to quickly get in touch with our Enterprise Support team on any technical issues. You can call us using the specific phone line and pin provided by your Account Manager. Or you can create a ticket using this form to set a priority and get the quickest response.
