Live Application Change Requests

Congratulations!

If you've made it this far, your Vimeo OTT branded application suite has been published and is publicly available on all platforms within your service agreement for your customers! We hope your new service continues to be a success!

As your service continues to grow and evolve, you may need to request changes for your application suite over time. We are here to support you in those efforts!

⚠️ The Vimeo OTT Branded Applications team requests at least 2 - 3 weeks to complete your submitted change request once received and validated. This timing allows for scheduling of the work and the overall implementation required for each application platform. If there are any questions our team has in regards to your submitted request, your Account Manager will reach out to you.

If you have a specific deadline that your change request needs to be completed by, please submit as soon as possible and note within the " Any additional notes / feedback our team should be aware of?" section. Please be aware that not every deadline may be able to be accommodated. However, the sooner you are able to submit your change request, the sooner our team can begin validation and scheduling on your behalf.

Using the below form, please provide the change request(s) that you require for your application suite. Change requests should only be submitted for live Vimeo OTT applications. If you are still within the onboarding process, please work with your Implementation Manager to communicate change requests.
